This is an event held jointly with the Seigakuin Primary School in September each year, sponsored by the PTA. Parents of kindergarten and primary school pupils spend a considerable time cooperating in order to prepare for the event. With about 3000 visitors coming to the event, the bazaar, game corners, restaurants and other event corners in the primary school are all full of people. Some of the income from the bazaar is donated to ACEF.
