The Japanese language and literature lessons have incorporated debate education in order to foster the ability to engage in smooth communication. Unlike mere self-assertion, debate is one of dialogues where people understand the statements of others and reflect upon themselves. It also leads to the cultivation of self-control. The Debate Club in our school has been doing well every year at the national debate championship.
